Ben Oranje started A-CAL Construction Services in 1973 and leads its construction and contracting operations. A California licensed General Contractor and a graduate of the University Of California in Science and the American Institute of Engineering and Architecture. Ben has prepared construction cost analysis reports, property condition assessments, and due diligence analyses for Pacific Properties, Marcus & Millichap, Woodmont Real Estate Services, and Santa Fe Associates to name but a few.

Ben's trusted reputation in the industry has enabled A-CAL to build a loyal and skilled network of crews and craftsmen up and down the Bay area to provide timely work of the utmost quality.
Julius Peralta, a graduate of San Jose State University, has worked for A-CAL Construction Services for several years as project and construction management and quality control. His responsibilities include due diligence research inspection report for multi-residential real estate acquisition, management of field personnel as well as all aspects of complex projects such as budgets and estimations, feasibility studies, value engineering and cost controls; fast track, scheduling, and contract administrations as well.

John Bonduris is a senior strategist and business development professional with 28 years experience building brand, market, and corporate leadership for multinationals, startups and turnarounds. John joined Ben a year ago to run corporate affairs and manage scale growth, industry relations and client services. John has a MBA in International Business and a BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and possesses the leadership, communication and problem-solving skills necessary to ensure that A-CAL continues to provide exceptional value to our clients.
